DATE AMOUZOU
Date Amouzou , PMHNP, APRN-BC is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. As a nurse practitioner, Date is a registered nurse with a master’s degree with extensive psychiatric and pharmacological education. Date earned his master’s degrees in nursing from the Chamberlain College of Nursing and Maryville University.
Date works with patients of all ages and has experience in the areas of ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, autism, substance abuse, conduct disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, and impulse control disorder. In addition to providing patients with diagnostic evaluation and medication management, Date also has experience conducting a Functional Behavioral Assessment ( FBA).
